Scrambled tofu

INGREDIENTS

1 block of firm tofu

1/2 chopped onion

1/2 chopped tomato

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black salt

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

2 to 4 tablespoons of vegetable broth or water

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Sauté the onion in 2 tablespoons of broth until soft, add the tomato for a few minutes, then add all the other ingredients.

Add water or broth only if the ingredients stick to the pan.

Continue heating until the tofu is cooked, taste and adjust the seasoning.
